Your assessment answers and initial findings are held in this page’s memory. This assessment does not send those answers to an AI provider or save them on our server. Refreshing, closing the tab or choosing Start over clears them. If you save your findings, that file is stored on your device.

What to leave out

Describe your work in general terms. Please don’t include customer names, contact details, passwords, account numbers, payment information, or private health or employee records.

The full report

The full AI report and purchasing are not enabled in this build. Before they open, we will explain the information sent for report generation, the provider involved, retention and deletion terms, and request any necessary consent.

Other site activity

Serving the website may create ordinary hosting access logs. The new assessment adds no analytics, advertising cookies or browser storage. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. This notice describes the assessment; the separate legacy practice tools have their own consent and retention notices.

Local review mode

Development review notes remain in the tab unless the reviewer exports them. They are kept separate from customer answers.
